About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
2. Handle inbound calls from customers, providing assistance and information.
3. Maintain accurate records of all calls and customer interactions in MS-Excel.
4. Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments and meetings with potential clients.
6. Assist in developing scripts and talking points for phone calls.
7. Participate in training sessions to enhance telecalling skills and product knowledge.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 2500 per sale).
