As a telecalling intern at Shikkha Academia, you will have the exciting opportunity to assist in connecting with potential NEET rankers, school principals, medical colleges, and doctors, providing them with valuable information about our educational services. With your English and Bengali proficiency, as well as MS Excel skills, you will play a key role in communicating effectively with clients and maintaining accurate records.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Making outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce them to our services
2. Handling inbound calls from clients and providing them with detailed information about our offerings
3. Maintaining a database of client information and interactions using MS Excel
4. Following up with clients via phone calls or emails to answer any queries or provide additional information
5. Collaborating with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and coordination
6. Utilizing your written English proficiency to draft emails and messages to clients
7. Utilizing your Bengali proficiency to communicate effectively with clients who prefer Bengali as their primary language
