Telecalling Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote our products and services.
2. Respond to inbound calls and address customer inquiries and concerns.
3. Maintain a database of client interactions and update customer information in MS Excel.
4. Follow up with clients via email to provide additional information and support.
5. Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating with other team members.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed targets and goals.
7. Provide feedback on customer trends and preferences to enhance our services and products.
