Telecalling Internship

As a Female Telecalling (Malayalam) intern at Benchmate App, you will have the exciting opportunity to interact with potential users and promote our app through effective communication skills in Malayalam and English. Your key responsibilities will include:

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Making outbound calls to potential users to introduce them to the Benchmate App and explain its features and benefits.
2. Collect feedback from users and address any queries or concerns they may have in a professional and courteous manner.
3. Following up with leads and maintaining a database of contacts for future outreach and marketing campaigns.
4. Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for increasing user engagement and retention.
5. Creating daily reports on calls made, leads generated, and feedback received to track performance and effectiveness of outreach efforts.
6. Participating in training sessions to improve communication skills and product knowledge to better serve our users.
7. Contributing innovative ideas to enhance the telecalling process and improve user satisfaction with Benchmate App.
