Telecalling Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities:

1. Make calls to potential customers to introduce products/services and generate leads
2. Conduct market research to identify and expand the customer base
3. Follow up with interested customers to assist in decision-making
4. Perform accurate data entry of customer information and interactions into the system
5. Meet daily and weekly targets for calls, leads, and sales
6. Learn and understand the product offerings to confidently address customer questions
7. Provide excellent customer support and resolve issues, escalating complex queries to the appropriate team
