Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Making outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services
2. Handling inbound calls from customers to provide information and resolve queries
3. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in MS Excel
4. Following up with customers via phone or email to ensure their satisfaction
5. Assisting in creating and updating customer databases
6. Collaborating with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
7. Providing feedback and suggestions for improving our telecalling processes

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 250 per sale).
