Telecalling Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Making calls: Contacting potential or existing customers via telephone to promote products, services, or gather information.
2. Product knowledge: Having a thorough understanding of the products or services being offered to effectively communicate their benefits and answer questions.
3. Lead generation: Identifying and qualifying potential leads based on the criteria provided by the company.
4. Customer service: Addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing accurate information to ensure a positive experience.
5. Recording information: Keeping detailed records of interactions, including customer responses, feedback, and any relevant information for follow-up.
6. Meeting targets: Achieving sales or call targets set by the company, which may include a specific number of calls made, sales closed, or leads generated.
7. Follow-up: Performing follow-up calls to existing leads or customers to nurture relationships and potentially close sales.
