Telecalling Internship

Altruism Casa is looking for a Telecalling intern who is fluent in Hindi and English to join our team! As a Telecalling intern, you will have the opportunity to engage with our donors, supporters, and stakeholders to spread awareness about our cause and drive fundraising efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential donors and supporters to share information about Altruism Casa's mission and initiatives.
2. Engage in active listening to understand donors' needs and interests, and provide personalized recommendations on how they can contribute.
3. Maintain accurate and updated records of all calls and interactions in MS-Excel to track progress and measure success.
4. Collaborate with the fundraising team to identify new opportunities for donor engagement and follow-up.
5. Provide excellent customer service by addressing donor inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
6. Assist in organizing virtual events and campaigns to promote Altruism Casa's programs and initiatives.
7. Continuously seek feedback and training opportunities to enhance telecalling skills and contribute to the overall success of the team.
