Telecalling Internship

As a Telecalling intern, you will have the opportunity to use your sales skills to raise funds for children in need.

1. Make outbound calls to potential donors to raise awareness about Child Cancer Trust and secure donations.
2. Engage with donors in a professional and empathetic manner, sharing information about our cause and impact.
3. Maintain accurate records of calls and donations in our database.
4. Collaborate with the fundraising team to develop strategies for increasing donor engagement.
5. Participate in training sessions to improve communication and sales skills.
6. Assist in organizing fundraising events and campaigns to support the Trust's mission.
7. Provide excellent customer service to donors, answering any questions and addressing concerns promptly.
