Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential survey participants in Bengali
2. Explain the purpose of the survey and gather responses accurately
3. Record data in our system with precision and attention to detail
4. Follow up with participants as needed to complete surveys
5. Maintain a positive and professional attitude on calls
6. Collaborate with team members to ensure targets are met
7. Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the Tele-calling process

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 25 per survey completed).
