2. Identifying and reaching out to potential clients.
3. Making outbound calls to introduce properties and offers.
4. Qualifying leads and assessing client needs.
5. Coordinating with clients and scheduling meetings or property viewings.
6. Following up with interested prospects.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 500 per sale).
