Telecalling Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote our products and services.
2. Handle inbound calls from customers, address queries, and provide assistance.
3. Maintain accurate records of all calls and customer interactions in MS-Excel.
4. Follow up with leads through phone calls and emails to convert them into sales.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve weekly and monthly targets.
6. Provide feedback to the management team on customer preferences and market trends.
7. Continuously improve communication skills and product knowledge through training sessions.
