Telecalling Internship

Job Type: Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1.Outreach Calls: Make outbound calls to students to schedule meetings.

2. Scheduling: Coordinate and confirm meeting times, ensuring all are available and agree on time slots.

3. Follow-ups: Send timely follow-up emails to confirm meetings, provide necessary information, or reschedule when necessary.

4.Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of scheduled meetings, cancellations, and updates in the CRM or other scheduling tools.

5. Team Support: Assist the team in preparing for meetings by ensuring logistics are arranged and materials are available.

6.Communication: Act as a liaison between internal teams and students, relaying messages and ensuring clear communication.
