Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services.
2. Handle inbound calls from existing customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues they may have.
3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls and customer interactions in MS-Excel.
4. Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
5. Provide excellent customer service by ensuring a positive and professional interaction with all customers.
6. Participate in training sessions to improve communication and sales skills.
