About the internship
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven telecaller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound and attending inbound calls with customers, clients, or prospects to suggest products or services, resolve issues, or gather information.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Make outbound calls to customers, clients, or prospects
2. Sell products or services or promote company offerings
3. Resolve customer complaints or issues
4. Gather information, feedback, or data
5. Meet or exceed sales targets, call volume, or other performance metrics
6. Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, or customer interactions
7. Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals
