We are currently seeking multilingual telecallers to join our outbound healthcare process team.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Connecting with patients/families with hearing implants to invite them to an upcoming event
2. Communicating effectively in Malayalam, Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, Bengali, Gujarati, and English
3. Maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions
4. Ensuring accurate and timely documentation of calls and responses
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 21st May'24 and 25th Jun'24
3. are available for duration of 2 months
4. are from or open to relocate to Mumbai and neighboring cities
5. have relevant skills and interests
