Telecalling Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Making outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our services and generate leads. Areas include insurance, and mutual funds depending on the interest of the candidate
2. Handling inbound calls from existing clients to address inquiries and provide assistance
3. Conducting follow-up calls to nurture relationships and secure client commitments
4. Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all interactions in the CRM system
5. Collaborating with the sales team to coordinate appointments and meetings
6. Participating in training sessions to improve communication and sales techniques
7. Assisting with any other telecalling tasks as needed to support the team
