We are looking for a dynamic Telecalling intern with excellent English proficiency to join our team at Shikshantar. As a Telecalling intern, you will have the opportunity to enhance your communication skills and gain valuable experience in customer relations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services.
2. Handle incoming calls from customers and address their inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
3. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers in our database.
4. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
6. Assist in developing and implementing telemarketing strategies to increase sales opportunities.
7. Participate in training sessions to improve your telecalling skills and product knowledge.
