Telecalling Internship

As a Tele-calling intern at STAY ATLAS, you will have the exciting opportunity to gain skills in effective communication and English proficiency while gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conducting outbound calls to generate leads and follow up with potential customers.
2. Providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
3. Maintaining accurate records of all interactions in MS Excel for future reference.
4. Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing as needed.
5. Participating in training sessions to improve communication skills and product knowledge.
6. Contributing innovative ideas to enhance customer experience and drive business growth.
