Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products and services.
2. Handle inbound calls from customers to address their inquiries and provide assistance.
3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in MS-Excel.
4. Follow up with potential leads through phone calls and emails.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments and meetings.
6. Provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
7. Continuously improve communication skills and product knowledge through training sessions.
