About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conducting outgoing calls to prospective clients to introduce Urja Talents and its services
2. Following up with leads and maintaining a log of interactions in MS Excel
3. Providing information about our offerings and addressing any queries or concerns
4. Collaborating with the sales team to schedule appointments and meetings with potential clients
5. Working towards achieving weekly and monthly targets for lead generation
6. Assisting in organizing and participating in virtual events such as webinars and conferences
7. Providing feedback and insights on improving the telecalling process for better results
