Telecalling Internship

If you have strong communication skills and a passion for making a difference, this role is for you!

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Make 50+ outbound calls daily to engage current and potential donors
2. Discuss ongoing projects and share information about the NGO's initiatives
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, answer queries, and provide updates
4. Pitch effectively to encourage one-time or recurring donations
5. Maintain donor records and feedback in the CRM system
6. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly fundraising targets
7. Follow up with donors and ensure donor retention through thank-you messages and updates
