Telecalling Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1 Client Outreach:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and explain the company's digital marketing services.
Follow up with clients who have shown interest or have been contacted previously.

2 Client Communication:
Maintain a professional and courteous manner while interacting with clients.
Answer clients' inquiries about digital marketing services and provide detailed information as needed.
Collect feedback from clients and address their concerns or escalate them to the appropriate department.

3 Lead Generation:
Identify potential leads through research and cold calling.
Qualify leads by gathering necessary information about their needs and budget.

4 Database Management:
Update and maintain the client database with accurate and current information.
Log all calls and interactions with clients in the CRM system.

5 Appointment Scheduling:
Schedule meetings or appointments between potential clients and the sales team.
Confirm and follow up on scheduled appointments.

6 Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify new potential clients and markets.
Keep updated with industry trends and digital marketing strategies.

7 Reporting:
Prepare and submit daily or weekly reports on calling activities, leads generated, and other relevant metrics.
Provide feedback on call scripts and suggest improvements.

8 Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align calling strategies with overall marketing goals.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance calling techniques and product knowledge.
