Telecalling Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our real estate services and offerings
2. Understand client requirements and provide accurate information about available properties, pricing, and other relevant details
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up
4. Schedule appointments for site visits with interested clients and ensure timely follow-up
5. Maintain a database of potential leads and update client information regularly
6. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business
7. Provide excellent customer service to address client queries and concerns professionally
8. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to enhance selling techniques and strategies
