4. Updating client information in the database to ensure accuracy and efficiency in communication.
5. Collaborating with the sales and marketing team to identify potential leads and opportunities for business growth.
6. Assisting in organizing and coordinating client events and meetings to enhance engagement and satisfaction.
7. Providing feedback and insights on client preferences and trends to help improve our services and offerings.
