Telecalling Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Greet every patient and guest with a friendly and professional manner.
2. Welcome and assist patients/guests, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
3. Complete and maintain patient registration forms accurately.
4. Learn and stay informed about all product or service offerings.
5. Maintain and update the customer database regularly.
6. Make inbound and outbound calls to potential customers or send emails to acquire new clients.
7. Maintain daily call records and track progress.
8. Submit daily progress reports to management.
9. Meet and exceed the sales targets set by the organization.
10. Manage the reception and clinic area, ensuring it is clean and organized at all times.
11. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
12. Address complaints and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
13. Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
