Telecalling Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Influence customer to buy or retain product or service by following a prepared script to give product reference information and uses flair and excellent enterprise skills to convert the inquiries
2. Maintain MIS on a daily basis so that officers compete with each other for quality leads
3. Drive and oversee internal contests held for the officers to incentivize them for quality leads generation
4. Push hot leads conversion by the end to end follow up with the concerned departments
5. Conduct product training & workshops to keep the officers updated about the latest product features and eligibility criteria and to educate them on changes if any
