We are looking for dynamic tele-calling FEMALE interns to join our team at Metro Edge Realtors. As a telecalling intern, you will have the opportunity to hone your English and Hindi proficiency, effective communication, sales, and MS Excel skills while contributing to our team's success.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conducting outbound calls to potential clients to promote our real estate services.
2. Following up with leads and scheduling property viewings.
3. Maintaining accurate records of client interactions in MS-Excel.
4. Collaborating with the sales team to meet targets and achieve sales goals.
5. Providing excellent customer service and building rapport with clients.
6. Contributing innovative ideas to improve our telecalling strategies and processes.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 100 per lead generated).
