About the internship
As a Telecalling intern at UNBOUNDED LEARNING, you will have the opportunity to hone your communication skills while making a real impact on our business. Your proficiency in English and Hindi, along with your knowledge of MS Excel, will be essential in this role.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services
2. Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner
3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in MS Excel
4. Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities
5. Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings for the sales team
6. Participate in training sessions to improve your communication and sales skills
7. Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions to suggest new strategies for increasing customer engagement
