Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Make outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and set up appointments
2. Handle incoming calls and inquiries from clients, providing them with information about our products and services
3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all communication with clients in MS Excel
4. Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback
5. Work closely with the sales team to support their efforts and help achieve targets
6. Assist in drafting emails and written communications to clients
7. Participate in training sessions to improve your Tele-calling skills and knowledge of the company's offerings
