About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Making inbound and outbound calls
2. Cold calling & providing information to customers
3. Managing database & record of calling
4. Identifying potential customers
5. Convincing prospects about products
6. Managing relationships and helping clients with queries
7. Exploring opportunities for cross-sales and up-sales by profiling
8. Collecting & using data and knowledge to keep business flowing
9. Contacting partners and customers by telephone to provide after services
