About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Attend Inbound / Outbound Calls / Contact New Client and provide appropriate information about the Service
2. Set appointments for our sales team
3. Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times
4. Follow up with potential customers via phone and email to provide additional information and answer questions
5. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions in excel in a clear format.
6. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly call quotas
7. Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
