As a Telecalling intern at Srikara Builders, you will have the opportunity to hone your communication skills while providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your main responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers and provide information about our latest projects. Additionally, you will assist with data entry and maintaining client records using MS-Excel.
Key responsibilities:
1. Conducting outbound calls to potential clients and providing information about our projects.
2. Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
3. Assisting in maintaining and updating client records using MS-Excel.
4. Collaborating with the sales team to schedule appointments and follow up with leads.
5. Participating in training sessions to improve communication and sales skills.
6. Taking initiative to suggest improvements in telecalling processes.
7. Assisting in other administrative tasks as needed.
