About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Outbound Calling: Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our products/services using scripts.
2. Customer Engagement: Answer questions about products/services and understand customer requirements to suggest suitable products.
3. Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and call quotas
4. Follow-up: Follow up on leads and maintain ongoing communication with customers to close deals
5. Data Management: Maintain records of calls, sales, and customer information.
6. Feedback: Collect feedback from customers and share insights with the sales and marketing teams to improve product/service offerings.
7. Problem Solving: Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
8. Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure the best possible customer experience.
