Telecalling Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Call students and provide information about the company's products and convince them to enroll
2. Ensure all incoming calls are answered in a timely and professional manner
3. Provide accurate and correct information to customers at all time (calls/emails/chats)
4. Record all calls by documenting status, comments in the database/platform
5. Maintain high-level service to customers
6. Keep students notified of product updates
7. Maintain a record of students
8. Develop and maintain a productive working relationship with team members
9. Adhere to processes, standards, targets, & objectives
10. Take proper follow-ups
