About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
2. Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
3. Enter and update customer information in the database
4. Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation
5. Keep records of calls and sales and update useful information
6. Provide customer support over the phone and chat
7. Actively call prospects and generate new business
8. Make cold calls to prospective clients and pitch our services to them.
