Telemarketer Internship

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Telemarketer to join our team. The role involves conducting data checks, gathering feedback from potential clients, and inviting individuals to free meetups and events. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a focus on providing excellent customer service.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Data Verification: Ensure the accuracy of contact lists and databases by cross-checking and updating information
2. Feedback Collection: Conduct outbound calls to gather feedback from prospects and attendees to improve our services and events
3. Event Invitations: Invite individuals to participate in free meetups, workshops, and other events hosted by the company
4. Customer Engagement: Build positive relationships with potential clients and attendees through professional and courteous communication
5. Follow-Up: Perform follow-up calls to remind invitees of upcoming events and confirm attendance
6. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of calls, feedback, and customer interactions in the CRM system

Skills & Qualifications:

1. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
2. Ability to handle objections and provide quick responses
3. Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accurate records
4. Basic knowledge of CRM systems or willingness to learn
