About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Embark an excellent first impression on call and deliver an exceptional customer experience
2. Engage potential customers in dialogue that opens opportunities with the help of scripts and presence of mind
3. Create happy customers while going the extra mile to drive loyalty and increase repeat purchase
4. Contact prospective clients/existing customers to inform them about the product using scripts
5. Record accurate details of communication with customers
6. Develop and sustain solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
7. Answer questions about product features in an engaging manner
8. Answer all customer questions honestly and accurately
9. Use sales scripts to drive sales and respond to customer objections
10. Develop in-depth knowledge of products and services offered by us to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences
11. Meet or exceed daily and monthly targets in a continual manner to call volume and sales

Note: The office is located in Bangalore.
