Telesales Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
2. Answering questions about products or the company
3. Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
4. Directing prospects to the field sales team when needed
5. Entering and updating customer information in the database
6. Taking and processing orders in an accurate manner
7. Handling grievances to preserve the company s reputation
8. Going the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
9. Keeping records of calls and sales and note useful information
