Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Responding to customer inquiries and providing timely and accurate information via phone, email, and chat
2. Assisting in managing customer accounts and maintaining accurate records using MS Excel
3. Collaborating with the team to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
4. Helping in organizing and coordinating events and promotional activities
5. Utilizing Hindi proficiency to communicate effectively with Hindi-speaking clients
6. Supporting the team in creating and updating reports and presentations using MS Office
7. Assisting in other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor
