Test/ Survey/Assessment Building Work From Home Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Engaging with partners to source the necessary test content as per specifications given
2. Keeping a track of the question bank built
3. Using existing survey platforms like Google Forms or JotForm to carry out validation studies
4. Documenting user feedback, responses, insights, & coming up with recommendations for improvement
5. Carrying out basic analytics for the response data using Excel

Note: As an intern, you will closely work with the measurement practice team and get hands-on experience of the complete cycle of how a test/survey/assessment is built from scratch to finish. You need to be a keen observer and learn along the way by doing (there will be no separate training period).
