Textile Design Work From Home Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working on producing sketches, designs, and samples
2. Working on making up sets of sample designs
3. Working out design formulae samples
4. Working on assessing and approving completed items and production standards
5. Working on using specialist software and computer-aided design (cad) programs to develop a range of designs
6. Working on experimenting with color, fabric, and texture
7. Working on maintaining up-to-date knowledge of new design and production techniques and textile technology
8. Working on developing new design concepts
9. Working on ensuring that projects are completed on time
10. Working on sourcing fabrics and other materials at trade fairs, markets, and antique shops
11. Working on attending trade shows, as a delegate or as an exhibitor this may involve representing the company with a display or stand, or appraising the work of competitors
