2. Manage product development timelines and ensure on-time delivery to clients
3. Communicate effectively with suppliers, manufacturers, and clients to ensure smooth operations
4. Analyze market trends and consumer preferences to identify new opportunities for growth
5. Utilize design thinking principles to create innovative solutions for merchandising challenges
6. Assist in quality control processes and ensure products meet industry standards
7. Take initiative in problem-solving situations and contribute to the overall success of the team
