1. Conduct thermal simulations: Utilize ANSYS, COMSOL, MATLAB, and SolidWorks to perform detailed thermal simulations for our innovative product designs, analyze heat transfer, fluid dynamics, and thermal management to optimize performance
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with our R&D, design, and testing teams to understand project requirements develop effective thermal solutions, and provide input and guidance throughout the product development lifecycle
3. Design thermal control systems: Create and evaluate thermal control systems, including heat exchangers, cooling units, and insulation, and optimize designs for efficient heat dissipation and temperature regulation
4. Perform model validation: Validate and refine simulation models by comparing results with experimental data, and ensure accuracy and reliability of thermal simulations, making necessary adjustments to improve predictive capabilities
5. Develop innovative solutions: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in thermal management techniques and propose innovative solutions to enhance the performance and reliability of our products
6. Document and report findings: Maintain accurate documentation of simulation procedures, data, and results, and prepare comprehensive reports and present findings to internal stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations
Thermistance is the first Indian start-up working in the area of advanced cooling technology. Our main focus is to develop miniaturized loop heat pipe technology for gaming and high-performance computing applications. We are the first in space to commercialize the advanced loop heat pipe technology at a minimum cost.
