About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Issuing tickets as per the client's requirement
2. Attending to any service request pertaining to all non-air related services i.e. Rail/ Visa/Bus/Insurance
3. Extend support for submission by providing all correspondence mail
4. Ensure all supporting documents are uploaded in the system
5. Coordinating with customers for day-to-day bookings
