Toy Designer Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Developing creative learning models for the age group of 5-16 years that can enhance student's learning capability
2. Working on finalization of the product/project with a focus on user experience
3. Participating in brainstorming and iteration sessions
4. Designing characters and digital works
5. Working on product manuals, packaging, marketing, promotional elements, and digital integration
6. Working with cross-functional teams and managing the responsibilities of one or more product segments
7. Making sure the whole design is integrated with the organization's brand persona
