Trademark Assistance Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Researching existing trademarks so as to advise on the availability
2. Advising on issues of intellectual property, such as design & copyright, as well as trademarks
3. Managing & protecting intellectual property rights once trademarks & designs have been registered
4. Taking the appropriate action in case of trademark infringement
5. Keeping up with trademark renewals
6. Drawing up contracts & overseeing the trademark registration process

Who can apply:

1. Years of experience - 1-2 years
2. Experience drafting reply to the examination report, show cause hearing, notices of opposition, counterstatement, cease and desist notices
