Trademark, Patent & IP Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Monitor potential infringement of Soulflower's trademarks and patents, both online and offline by conducting regular checks and audits
2. Assist in preparing reports and coordinating responses for any IP infringement issues, under the supervision of the legal team by compiling data and drafting initial reports
3. Collaborate with the R&D, marketing, and product teams to ensure innovations are protected and align with the brand's IP strategy by providing input on IP-related matters
4. Assist in communication with external legal advisors, patent agents, and IP registration authorities by drafting emails, preparing documentation, and following up on pending matters
5. Assist in drafting legal notices, responses, and other documentation as directed by the IP/legal team by reviewing legal documents and helping in their preparation
6. Support internal training and awareness initiatives regarding IP rights and protection best practices by creating training materials and organizing sessions
7. Identify and assist in applying for relevant government schemes related to IP reimbursements by researching available schemes and preparing applications
8. Manage and track the status of government reimbursement applications, ensuring compliance with scheme guidelines by monitoring progress and following up on pending applications
9. Prepare required documentation and reports for claiming reimbursements and liaise with relevant government bodies by ensuring all necessary forms and documents are submitted correctly
