About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working with the assigned child to develop and implement learning plans and IEPs
2. Helping children reintegrate into mainstream classrooms and supporting the child with academic, behavior, and social skills in the class
3. Supporting the child at school between school timings (8 to 3 pm) from Monday to Friday
4. Bridging learning and socialization gaps to enable independence
5. Communicating with parents professionally and being punctual for sessions
6. Providing daily and monthly progress reports to the organization
7. Attending training, programs, and workshops
8. Receiving supervision and training throughout the year
9. Following a child's rights-based approach

4. have relevant skills and interests

Other requirements

1. Holding a bachelors or masters degree in psychology, special education, social work, or inclusive education

2. Demonstrating strong communication skills

3. Approaching tasks with creativity

4. Believing in inclusive education and neurodiversity

5. Being a self-starter with a willingness to learn

6. Residing in Bangalore or being willing to relocate
