Trainee - Events & Operations (On Ground) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Take full ownership of the event i.e.- Taking event Live Online for sales including Box Office and Gate Management.
2. Work closely with the client on-ground and fulfill requirements as per the events.
3. Build partnerships with local vendors & venues for the events.
4. Conduct final inspections on the day of the event to make sure everything is adhered at per the client standards
5. Assess the overall event success and submit findings
6. Support implementation of the communication plan for all events under the direction of Manager
7. Manage event inventory (PDA's, printers, lanyards, etc)
8. Ability to manage the ticketing for Events/Sports/Plays all over the country whenever required.
9. Should prepare Reports/Reconciliation post events.
